In 1985, I had admitted to my boyfriend at the time that I suffer from serious mental health issues & if he was serious about me & us, he had to know our life would be like being on an emotional roller-coaster if we were to get married in the near future. In 1988, we got married. Yes, our marriage was very emotional at times. But, we made it work until his untimely death on April 22nd of this year. I wouldn't have traded my 35+ years with him. I miss him so much 😢❤!

I made the same Dua as Yunus(Alaihsalam) for him it was the darkness of the night 🌃, Darkness of the ocean,Darkness of the whale. For me it was broad day light 🌞 Sunshine beaming, As if Darkness and Lighl✨✨ was appearing before each other, was it not For the Mercy of of the Most merciful I would not be here today. When a needle hanging from a 🌲 tree struck i find myself beside a bridge., I felt unconscious. I made the prayer when I was a kid , so my heart ❤️ called out La ilaha anta Subhaanaka ini kuntu Minadhaalameen looking towards the sky I Knew it was Allah who was there for me,did not neglect me even for a second. I heard Inalilahi waina ilayhi Rajiuun. Alhamdulilah,Allahu Akbar ,Husbunalah wanicmal Wakeel.Sufficient is Allah as a disposer of Affairs. ( Of course I believe in the hadeeth when our beloved Prophet Rasululah( Scw) said convey my message even if it is One letter. We Shall test you with a Loss of Life wealth Hunger when a calamity befalls them they say to Allah we belong and him is our return, give glad tidings the patient. May we All be among the Patient one. Ameen in times of testing. Ameen ❤️ QAFURU RAHIIM and Tawwabur Rahim Rabbiyal Aclaa Most High Most High Most High Your Companion ACLAA ACLAA ACLAA Wal MUTACAALI Your Companion far to HIGH AND EXALTED TO COMPREHEND. ✅ Out my documentary of how my Story Relates to Prophet Yunus(Aliahisalaam) And how he is not just an inspiration but a Role Model I look up to. I Also made a documentary Talking about Mental illness how Mental Health is Health and how There is Stigma how we have A world with Less Stigma. I Made The same Dua As Yunus(As) on UA-cam.Sincerely, Cumaro Yonus and CAMH Researcher gurshuran vurdee ____ on UA-cam .🕶️🕶️🕶️

This was amazing. 💕 My hat goes off to you. This is a bit of a segue, but what do people think when others use the word 'crazy' when they see someone who is struggling? I lived on a street (since moved) where a woman terrorized her neighbor by screaming how crazy she was, (and gossiped about her to have everyone pass by her house to call her crazy and laugh) because she said she was "always crying" and called her bonkers. This went on for years. She was unaware that her mom passed away, and suffers from #PTSD; and didn't even stop to think or feel what she was struggling with. I just found out she is writing a book on "mental health" and this feels so contradictory to how she treats people, and hypocritical, as well. I'm amazed that she has the audacity to even think she is an expert, because she perpetuates the stigma on "#mentalhealth I was just as bad not to stand up for the woman. I think about her; I hope she is doing well today.

Some people lack integrity and go with the hottest trends to sell books regardless of their insufficient amount of compassion and empathy. Kudos for recognizing that looking on and doing nothing to help was just as bad. It brings me hope that YOU at least understand that using the term "crazy" gets us no where and will put the person suffering in a darker and deeper mind space; essentially, it sounds like she was being bullied. That is adding on to her suffering/struggles. Again, thank you for sharing this and bringing awareness. I have a bestie that I grew up with that has depression. I, too, hope that person is doing well. Another example to learn about their story, then uplift instead of bringing down. #mentalhealth #Beyondthelabel #Stopbullying

these ppl are affected by the spirit of depression - there's a spirit behind all these...see it from a spiritual perspective & u would hv ustd exactly what u are dealing with...pray for that person. evil spirits can afflict ppl who are spiritually weak. U get rid of the spirit & the person will naturally heal. These spirits will attached themselves to ppl with dark & negative thoughts. Beware of your thoughts
